Shipping & Delivery

  • Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your delivery location.
  • Deliveries to remote or rural locations may require additional time.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may also offer Free Shipping on selected products, promotional offers, or minimum order values, which will be clearly displayed on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable), along with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.


Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partners will make delivery attempts according to their standard delivery procedures.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • an incorrect or incomplete shipping address,
  • customer unavailability,
  • refusal to accept the shipment, or
  • any customer-related reason,

additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for eligible products and serviceable locations.

Madeena.in reserves the right to refuse or restrict Cash on Delivery orders in cases of repeated order cancellations, refusal to accept deliveries, suspected fraudulent activity, or misuse of the COD service.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information while placing an order.

Madeena.in shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


Delivery Inspection

Customers are requested to inspect the package upon delivery.

If the package appears to be significantly damaged or tampered with, please take clear photographs before opening the package and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
