Refund & Return Policy

At Madeena.in, we carefully inspect and securely pack every order before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of mind.
Ordering the wrong product.
Incorrect product selection by the customer.
Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Please review your order carefully before placing your order.

This policy applies to all products sold on Madeena.in, unless otherwise stated on the respective product page.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

A damaged product,
A defective product, or
An incorrect item,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:  support@madeena.in

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

Your Order Number
Clear photographs of the product
Photographs of the outer packaging
A brief description of the issue
One continuous, unedited video clearly showing the product, the reported damage, defect, or incorrect item, along with the Order Number displayed on a mobile phone or printed invoice within the same video frame.

This video helps us verify the claim accurately and process your replacement request as quickly as possible.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery, or without the required supporting evidence, may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, wherever applicable.

Replacement

Approved replacement orders are generally dispatched within 3-5 business days, subject to product availability.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not applicable, as eligible issues are resolved through replacement whenever possible.

If a replacement cannot be provided due to stock unavailability or any exceptional circumstance, an approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment service provider to process and reflect the refund in your account.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If a customer refuses to accept a Cash on Delivery (COD) order without a valid reason, Madeena.in reserves the right to restrict or decline future Cash on Delivery orders from that customer.

Product Variations

Minor variations in colour, texture, wood grain, printing finish, packaging, or overall appearance may occur due to photography, screen settings, natural materials, or the manufacturing process. Such variations are normal and shall not be considered defects or grounds for return, replacement, or refund.
